Anyone who has attended will tell you that the Fishing For the Cure Ice Fishing Challenge is one of the most fun and meaningful fishing tournaments ever! What's better than a great day ice fishing with family and friends, while also knowing you are raising money for a good cause? Our 2025 tournament continued with its reputation for being a fun, family friendly event. We had 886 people who fished – moms, dads, kids, grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. 178 kids 12 and under! Altogether, with support from so many people, we raised $85,000 at our 2025 tournament! Prizes were awarded for the top 50 fish in two fish categories – large fish (Northern, Walleye and Bass) and small fish (Crappie, Perch and Sunfish).
